Chapter
Eleven
Julia bit her lip. Watched, enthralled, as Cyrus pushed her gown up to pool at her waist, exposing her unmentionables and much more than that to his inspection. Wickedness crossed his features, and she wondered what he was going to do.
"Did you know that a woman can have just as much pleasure wrought upon her as a man and without the need for intercourse?" he said, pushing her thighs apart.
Julia felt heat kiss her cheeks but, too gripped by what he was saying and doing, she did not try to halt his intent. Her body no longer felt as if it were hers. Fire coursed through her blood. She wanted to wiggle, move closer to his intoxicating mouth that teased her mercilessly with his words.
"A little," she admitted. "You have shown me some of what I can have." And she wanted more. So much more of what he could give her.
He growled, dipping his head to kiss just above her silk stocking on her thigh. Goosebumps rose on her skin, and she clutched the cushions beside her. "What else is there that you can do?" she asked, needing to knowâwanting him to do everything that her imagination could think of.
He pushed her legs farther apart, exposing her wet mons to his view. She ought to be horrified, scandalized by the liberties she was giving him, but she was not. A little embarrassed, yes, but her need overrode all nerves, and she was left with nothing but wanting him.
His lips kissed their way along her thigh, his warm breath making her shiver. His fingers ran along her sex, and she swallowed a moan as desire pooled where his fingers teased. He slipped within her, a slow, maddening stroke that made her want to scream. "This is how I'll fuck you, Julia, without ever compromising you."
She lay her head against the squabs, closed her eyes, and gave herself to what he was doing to her. His mumbled words of perfection, of her sweet taste, floated to her ears. All of it was lost to her, for all she could do was breathe, to hold on, and stop herself from shouting out that she wanted more. So much more than this.
As delightful as this was, she wanted himâall of him, no matter the consequences.
"What else can you do, my lord?" she asked, cringing at the desperation that tinged her tone.
He pulled his fingers from her, meeting her gaze. Transfixed, she watched as he slipped his digits into his mouth, relishing her taste as if eating some sweet dessert. "You're fucking delicious."
She squirmed, impatient for more. "Is there more?" she asked, knowing from the burning light in his eyes that there was.
"So much more," he said, dipping his head to where his fingers were a moment before. She gasped, clutched at his hair, and held him. She wasn't sure whether to push him away or pull him closer before his tongue flicked across a delightful spot on her that sent her wits reeling.
"Cyrus," she cried, her legs spreading, letting him have at her in any way he wished.
